I dug further and discovered that we have recently issued an enforcement action against Discount Gold Brokers, Inc., on April 15 of last year. The “Desist & Refrain” order prohibits further sale of commodities to California customers. Please feel free to advertise the order against the company as you see fit. As for current customers with grievances, the best advice I can give is for individuals to file a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight so that we can further our official investigation into the company. I called Discount Gold Brokers because I found them in my search for silver purchases. I placed my order and waited for  the delivery. It seemed to take a while (6 weeks) so I called. They reminded me that the web site said allow up to 8 weeks. I insisted that I needed my order. They promptly responded with good folllow through and kept me updated. I received the shipment in a week. I ordered rounds. They checked out as legitimate silver rounds. I was pleased with the price and Seth as a broker. It did take a while, that was the primary downside, but the price and free shipping were the upside.
