Do not ever buy a car from Discount Motors! They are crooks and liars to an extreme! They will violate evry law in the book, state and federal! They do not keep accurate records of your monthly payments and will secreatly charge you late fee's and take it out of your payment without telling you then apply whats left to the principal and interest.

This is a violation of state law and the office of Consumer Credit has been notified by me as well as other customers. Discount Motors will lie to you and then come steal your car in the middle of the night. They repoed my car tonight all the while we were talking to them to try to get the last amount owed straight as I have been told several different amounts of what the payoff is.

I have been told four different payoff amounts within the last week alone even the repo guy told me a different amount. The office of Consumer Credit has told us that what Discount Motors is doing is highly illegal and we will be filling a criminal complaint and will be pursuing legal action in civil court.

We have detailed records as well as two payment ledgers from Discount Motors  themselves that show numerous inconsistency with their record keeping.

What we have been told by the local police department is that they have been shut down several times by the state and they keep opening up under a different person's name on the actual license.

We are appealling to any Attorney and/or individuals who would be interested in filling a class action lawsuit against Discount Motors so that we may rid the communtiy of this local band of thieves once and for all.
