I reserved my first family vacation with wife and 12 year old daughter. JEFF DAVIS of DISCOUNT VACATION RESORTS handled the reservation. Before I left with fanily I was told that my original hotel was no longer available and I wouls be "UPGRADED" to a better accomodation at same charge of $189 for the "INCONVENIENCE" I arrive at "UPGRADED" accomodations and there is only one bed. Daughter had to sleep on floor for entire stay unless I paid for different room.

After I get home from vacation I call JEFF DAVIS and he tells me that they would refund me $100. Oh by the way they charged my credit card $258 for $189 package. After I called JEFF DAVIS to discuss the fact that it had been 24 days and the money was not refunded to my card he told me that because I did not check out of my room I was unhappy with I obviously must have been happy with accomodations. He then started spewing profanities and called me a "DUMD ((((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))). Now a ((((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) I might be but dumb? I don't think so!

Ihave contacted my credit card company to begin the arduous task of chrging back the charges. I have also contacted the Florida attorney general. and I am flying to Florida to locate MR.Jeff Davis to see exactly how much heart he has away from the safety of 500 miles between us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Sounds like he works out of his basement listenong to the background noise.

Toyota targetted African Americans and charged them higher interest rates on car loans due to their RACE!!

Mr. & Mrs. Baltimore were the main plaintiffs in that case!

Toyota settled for over $10 MILLION, but admitted no guilt!
