Discover has enrolled me into their payment protection plan even though I explicitly told them not to when I talked with discover representative on the phone after I received my card.
I called them and told them to cancel the protection plan, which I did not sign up for in the first place. They said they will cancel it and refund what they charged me ($17). I am yet to see when my account gets refunded.
