Dish Network ripoff returning receivers and still getting charged Littleton Colorado

We had Dish network for almost 8 years.And our remote control was getting old,so I called and asked them to send me a new remote the guy I spoke with told me that I the new remote would not work the old receiver that we had.He said that I needed a new reciever also,I told that was fine and he charged me 15.99 for shipping cost.While I was on the phone we him I asked him what I was to do with the old receiver and the old remote.He said since they was so old that they didn't need them returned to just dispose off them.

A few days later I got the new receiver and the new remote in the mail.Hooked them up and everything was fine..Intill I got my bill the next month chargeing my 100.00 dollars cause I didn't send the other one back..Well I called them and got some spanish speaking woman that I couldn't understand.I told her what the was wrong and that the guy I had talked to told me that I didn't need to send it back.I asked to speak with a manager,she said they sent me packaging material to send all that back in(which they didn't)I told her that the reciever was in the landfill and I couldn't get it back then she said I either go get it from the landfill or pay the 100.00 dollars,I asked this lady if she new what a landfill was?She said she had no idea then after explaining to her what it was she still suggested I try to find it..I gave her a piece of my mind and sent the new reciever and all back to them cut off my service..

That was in July this year well I just recieved a bill for 354.98 for 2 months of service that I didn't even get plus the stupid reciever...I recommend not going with Dishnetwork at all.There very rude and don't care about there long time customers at all.......
