Dish Network Bait and switch on prices, horrible service, Mcpherson kansas

These guys are exactly what is wrong with our world today. I was recently married and when I moved in with my wife I decided on satellite. I called both direct and dish network. I have dealt with satellite providers before. I gave dish the price direct gave me. I told them exactly what I was getting and for how long. he beat the price. I wrote it all down. I told him I did not want it to change after 3-6 months then shoot up. he told me after 3 months my trial period would be over for the movie package BUT that I would get a monthly credit that would make up the difference. I asked over and over again, I wanted to be completely sure what I wanted and what he promised.

Of course 4 months later my bill shot up an extra 20 dollars plus. I called, of course I got the run around, put on hold, then transferred to the wrong department, the transferred again, then told nothing they could do, to talk to a supervisor. This had already been 20 minutes, but I decided to wait. I was on hold for 27 minutes for the supervisor, it doe snot take an idiot to figure out that they wanted me to hang up. Finally I did and called back. Of course everything is outsourced, so all conversation was hard to understand. Finally I get a british guy that apologizes for the misinformation, but nothing he would do about it. Told them that it was crap, that I pay my bill on time, that I did all they asked, but they did not fulfill their part of the agreement. I wanted to end service with them, I knew what they would say, I would have to pay a cancellation fee over well over 100 hundred dollars. These people are con artist, plain and simple. You get an email about a special they are running on channels, so you call and of course you cant get it because you already subscribe to their company.

These people are crooks, unethical, dirty, etc. Nothing they do can be considered on the up and up. Every part of their business is a scam. They tell you what they want to get you to sign a contract, then they go back on their word and leave you out in the cold. PLease please please don't ever consider this company, go with someone else or jab yourself in the eye with a pencil to pass the time. It would be much better than signing anything with this company.
