this is not about my work performance this is about the $3000 that i was rippedoff by working with divinity transportation an mr tony j tillman  an my equipment being taken that was in the truck   the only reason my work perfomance was less than desirable too them  is because i started complaining about my money being taken from me an not being paid so by firing me is there way of taking my money   i just pray that know one else fall in the same trap

It is unfortunate that this claim was never verified by this internet site before this terrible lie was allowed to be put on the internet for everyone in the world to read about this company. Mr. Oliver was never an employee for Divinity Transportation. He worked for an Owner Operator whose initial were J.T. for less than three weeks driving his vehicle operating under our company's authority on a temporary basis.

Apparently, he struck a side deal with the Owner Operator that was in no way related to our business to purchase tires and put Mr. Oliver back to work because he could not gain employment on his own. This deal was based on Mr. Oliver staying employed so that J.T. could afford to repay him his money. Within less than three weeks, Mr. Oliver racially insulted the Owner of the vehicle, was rude to all internal staff including dispatch, had to be constantly redirected, and refused to follow driver instructions. His overall work performance caused our company to terminate the initial contract that was made between Divinity and J.T. within less than 1 month. His overall demeanor was less than professional, and after J.T. was forced to let him go (because his contract was involuntarily terminated due to Mr. Oliver's terrible behavior), Mr. Oliver continually harassed J.T. by faxing in threatening letters to his place of work so much so that a restraining order was threatened to have him stop. He then began to harass our company on a daily basis with text messages, faxes, and unwarranted phone calls.

J.T. was paid in full for all work performed by his vehicle when he was leased to us. He decided to withhold pay from his driver (which was stated in his personal agreement with Mr. Oliver) for damages to his vehicle that were caused directly from Mr. Oliver. Mr. Oliver was made aware of all of this prior to submitting this erroneous claim against our company. In the future, please contact a company before you allow anyone to attempt to destroy the company's reputation. Mr. Oliver's complaint is nothing more than another attempt to ruin J.T.'s career and Divinity Transportation's image for terminating J.T's contract due to his "less than desirable" work performance.
