Dobb's Tire and Auto Quoted on price and then asked to pay another Brentwood , Missouri

Dobbs in Brentwood will quote you one price and then try and charge you another. I called them about warranting a battery that they installed 4 years ago. The person on the phone looked up our information, told me the battery had a 5 year prorated warranty. He then told me the price to replace would be $29 and some change. I asked for their location and took the car up there. After I dropped the car off and walked over to the next shopping center to each lunch, they called me to say the price would be $69. I told them this was incorrect, as they had quoted me $29 on the phone.  I walked back down there to talk face to face with the guy. He was rude and told me he wont honor the price they had told me over the phone. That they couldnt figure out who I had talked to on the phone. 

I explained to them that if that was the price they had quoted me on the phone, I wouldnt have wasted my time coming up there as I could buy a battery new, under my account at Orielly Auto Parts for less. The long and short of it is that Dobbs will not stand behind their products, their quotes, and are rude and unorganized. I would not recommend taking your car there. There is an old saying in the business world, treat a customer correctly and they might tell one person, but wrong them, and they will tell everyone. Well, I will be informing everyone via Craigslist, posted fliers, the Better Business Bureau and every review I can find on the internet.
