This company is attempting to strong arm dentists into paying a fee for marketing services. They willingly ignore messages, will not leave any phone number for customer service, and won't answer emails.

We have been harmed by anonymous reviews from people who owe money and have been turned over to collections - 7 years ago!!! We have tried numerous times to contact someone to get these reviews removed or revised. The owner of this company has created his site in a way that prevents non-paying dentists from even responsing to reviews.

Paying dentists are able to get themselves ranked against other area dentists - frowned upon by state dental boards and unethical!

If you pay his fee, he will pay attention to you and let you into his site to respond to reviews.  If you don't pay, bad reviews are previewed primarly with a good review mixed in at times. Again, have tried to contact someone to get help and he ignores all forms of communication!
