 The reason I'm am writing This report is because I'm a patient on a liver transport here in Florida. This dr use to be my primary dr but back in sept I went in for blood work and referral to hepatology doctor. After 40 days referall was not done I overlook there screw up. The second week in October 2017 I went back for a referral to pain management. Referral has still not been done and doctor has cause me unnecessary pain and suffering. By refusing to do regerral and indirectly calling me a drug addict . I have reported him to the Florida board of medicine . I have been speaking to several lawyers telling me this is medical neglect have decided what legal route to take yet.
