DocuPrepServ Student Loan Income Driven Repayment Plan- Charged me $272.42 PER MONTH AUTODEBIT for 3 months July Aug Sept 2015. They made me believe this was essentially the only way to get into the Student Loan Forgiveness Program! Newport Beach California

I was reading about the student loan forgiveness programs for healthcare workers that had just started to come out in early 2015. If I recall correctly, I filled out an online form for a consultation and was contacted within minutes by a Representative from Docuprep Serve. I was not aware that the government was going to be making this process public, easy and free.

Thus, after some hesitation, I signed on with Docuprepserv for their "assistance" with getting into a Student Loan Income Driven Repayment Plan.  They charged me $272.42 PER MONTH as an AUTODEBIT from my checking account for 3 months July Aug Sept 2015 (Total of $817.26). They made me believe this was essentially the only way to get into the Student Loan Forgiveness Program!

Not only was their communication terrible at best, they had little to no follow through. When I later contacted them and called them out, (early 2016 I believe), they refused to refund any monies paid and that was that.
