Dolphin Enterprises Sells Printers which are junky and do not include all the componets. Jamestown California

Around 6 months ago I was looking for a refurbished hp printer online. I needed this urgently and was told that I could purchase online and have it overnighted to my office the next day. I put in my credit card number and thought my purchase was made and the warehouse would ship my good the next day.

3 days later I could not wait anymore and called the company to let them know I was cancelling my order. I checked online to see if they had charged my card yet, they had not. I called to cancel my order and they said it had already shipped but could not give me the tracking numbers with fedex. The lady who answered the phone said she would call me right back.

I loged onto my credit card account and saw that she had took out the hold during the time she was looking for my tracking numbers. When I tried to cancel my order again, they said I'd have to pay shipping and restock fee. I drove to Costco and purchased a new printer and put that to work in the office. I decided to keep the printer and just put it into storage and use it later when I needed another printer.

So my box had sat completly sealed in the original packaging until today. Today I was going to use the printer in other office. When we unwrapped the computer, I discovered that it was just the printer that they shipped. They did not have a power cord, a disc to hook up to the computer, a tray to hold the paper or a top tray for running copies.

After reading another complaint on this board, I believe this to be the practice there, that you buy only one part of the computer printer and don't get all tools needed to use the item. I was not looking for a toner cartridge, but a power cord, that is basic stuff needed to turn the machine on.

Be very cautious with this company, they sell crappy goods. I did purchase this refurbished but when a plastic machine has been sanded to remove grafiti you would think that would fall into a lower class of goods. And then for the machine to not have a way to put in paper, plug in, it makes me wonder of the business practices. I believe that they do not even have the goods they sell but rather broker goods after you pay your money and look for the cheapest junk to send you and collect a restock fee and less shipping.

I paid $500 for my machine and its worth $0. I have been scammed. While its been 6 months since my purchase, I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company and losing another $50 to ship the piece of junk back to them. My credit card company says they will refund me, but this has not been worth it to end up losing the shipping sending it back to them.

DON"T USE THIS FIRM YOU WILL REGRET IT.
