Domestic Contracting of Utah Julian W. Alexander Day Tim Rubbery by Julian Alexander Salt Lake City, Utah

I am sorry to metion that Julian played the same game with me and my daughter. We had some remodeling in August 2012. He bid less than other contractors and convinced us to accept his bid. He received $2000 at the time of signing the contract promising us he will finish the job in two weeks.  Two days later he called and asked for more money. My daughter naively wrote him another check for $1500. When we went to see the progress, not much was done and he shamelessly asked for more mony. We knew then that he is not honest and refused to give him more money. He got $3500 from us for a $5,500  completed  project and delivered nothing. We had no choice but to take legal action against him. Our mistake was that we complained agaidnst him in small court claim not being familiar with court systems.  The night we had our court with julian there were more than 25 other court matters and the court was very crowded. luckily for Julian we did not have enough time to present our evidence and judge ruled a wash. That night Julian showed up with his atorney and a group of people that he falsely claimed that worked in our property.  To that date I had not seen any of them at our property. We believe that Julian is operating with a team that enables him to continue his dihonest conducts. He gives bad name to many hard working and honest contractors
