We have bought two puppies from Donna.  She is very honest.  The puppies were very healthy and well taken care of.  She responded to all of our phone calls and E-mails.  We have been to her home and found her dogs to be well taken care of with no signs of neglect or abuse.  She does not have a puppy mill, and she is not a backyard breeder.  She really knows what it takes to breed healthy dogs.  We are so happy with our dogs that we want to buy a third dog from her.  We highly recommend her and her daughter as dog breeders.  I can't even imagine them knowingly selling a dog with parvo because they love and care for their dogs so much.  Chery B. in San Diego, California, U.S.A.

Since this fraud report was made on me I have found that Nancy Pier has been sued for hurting others like she hurt me and she is now on probation. She has sold many dogs and not having a pup to give.  Most of the pups sold for $2,000.00 or more. This does not help the lies she wrote about me. But I hope that all I did has saved others in a time when money comes dearly.

I have first hand knowledge of the "writer" in this article. She has finally been caught and is being sued by Shannon Acres for selling puppies not of the caliber advertised. This article was ONLY written to hurt Shannon Acres and was written out of anger. We must not ALLOW anybody to post anything they want about people just to "get back at them."

I certainly hope Nancy knows she has put herself into a position to be sued for slander as well as fraud. Please disregard this person's lies, and Ripoff, don't allow people to use your site as a catalyst to flame others.

Its funny I went and look at the complaint rebuttles from Nancy from my complaint. Her first rebuttles showed her name as "Xtreme", then on 4/22 she has 2 new rebuttle on my complaint name on it "Ripped", just like the person who made this complaint on 4/21, only difference is the states, she had to cover who was making this complaint.

Nancy also lied about the pictures I posted on the Complaint Board. She said she had never seen these pictures before. I have the email from Nancy with the attached pictures of the same picture posted. The picture of the pup sitting up on her back paw was on her website & the ad she had posted with Terrificpets.com and the pup I thought I was purchasing from her. I also placed a picture I took of my pup I recieved from Xtreme French Bulldogs taken the day after getting her. There was an reply on the picture from someone else who purchased a pup from her said back in July 2008 she saw the same picture of the pup sitting up on her back paw and the same pup that I had contacted Nancy about on Xtreme French Bulldogs website, my pup was born in August 2008, but the picture of my pup was on the website July 2008.

Look at the complaint, she said the dog became ill within days after receiving to the new home, instead of saying with days after getting him or her came to my home. She calls it a dog not a pup and its like she talking about someone elses dog not her own.


She also talks about my sanity, several times both on this complaint and on the rebuttles written by her.

Nancy wrote this complaint on the same day she wrote a rebuttles on my complaint. Please anyone who has any questions or wants to come and see my dogs come to my home, view my dogs. Last Labrador I had born was in 10/08, I had a litter of Dachshunds in November, as you can see with my website I only have older pups available. I had 3 litters born last year, that is not a puppymill. This complaint was made on 4/21/09 just minutes after a rebuttle from Nancy was written on my complaint. I have not sold a pup in 5 months & my daugher has a litter of pup that was born 12/27/08 all but one has gone to new homes and had no complaints, but emails on how happy the families are with their pups. My daughter owns one Labrador & one French bulldog that she got from Nancy Pier kennel name Xtreme French Bulldogs This is not the first time Nancy has called me a puppymil, I have 7 labradors 3 are males and 3 Dachshunds. And as for her complaint on parvo. many years ago a fellow breeder told me about Neopar a wonderful vaccine that breeder of Rottie use. They said it over rides the Mothers ammune systeme and protect the pup. It is the best thing around and all my pups are given 2 shots of Neopar before they leave my home. I feel nothing but the best to protect my babies from the terrible virus. So as for this complaint it is a lie, I have never had a complaint of sick pup expecially parvo. This is Nancy way of trying to get even with me and my complaint.

The lady that wrote this in Nancy with Xtreme French Bulldogs, vew the complaint on Rip Off by typing in her kennel name or her name. I have never had a problem with Parvo or ever had a customer that contacted me about a sick pup. Also I have looked into my records and have never sold a puppy to Wyoming. Nancy is mad because I have wrote things about her on Rip Off, she sold me a French Bulldog from pictures I viewed on her website and sent me a different dog. The pup I view was cream the pup I got was white. The pup I viewed had wonderful brown pigmentation and the pup I got had pink pigmentation around her eyes. Nancy sent me emails saying she would take the dog back and give me a refund and never did.
