Simply put I paid for the products I ordered on March 9, 2004 and have not received them.

The owner has not returned my phone calls: the voice mail was too full to leave a message. The phone service was temporarily out of service and on the occassions I did actually leave a message, on the toll-free number no calls were returned.

I sent a "snap shot" of my invoice via email that did not get a response either.
