double u cheats their coustomers. you buy their chips then they cheat you out of your chips so you buy more. I spent $2000 dollars since april buying there chips. play black jack and they set up their computers so you can't win. there is no way this site is liget and thEre is nothing yo can do. I dont expect the money back as I was a dumb a*s for spending it but they should be removed from facebook and from the internet. Any one playing at these casinos should not waist there time or money here. Internet gambling is not legal in the us yet they  let them scam people selling thease worthless chips. they wont return my money but they should return the chips as they would only take them back again. no winners there just a scam

PAID FOR ENTERTAINMENT

AUTHOR: Hi Chick - ()

POSTED: Thursday, July 24, 2014

Yes, the OP did purchase DUC chips at his/her on free will. HOWEVER, the OP PAID for ENTERTAINMENT, for which ENTERTAINMENT was NOT received! That is the difference in playing at this fake casino -vs- a real casino! Imagine if you will, you buy concert tickets, you get all dressed up for what should be a 2hr event, you attend said concert, the "band" comes out on stage and plays one song, then leaves. DID YOU GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH OF ENTERTAINMENT?!?! NO!! YOU DID NOT..So the comparrison to "fake" gambling and "real" gambling is MOOT. AS 'REAL" gambling is regulated by the gaming commission. WHERE AS, fake gambling is 'ENTERTAINMENT" and when one spends money for ENTERTAINMENT, one should be ENTERTAINED! NOT RIPPED OFF..AND YES FACEBOOK SHOULD CLOSED THIS APP DOWN, AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS!

Win Some, Lose Some

AUTHOR: Stefanie - ()

Would you kindly go into detail as to how DoubleU ripped you off? You're saying that you spent $2000 on chips and that DoubleU cheated you out of chips. How did they do that? Did they not deposit the chips you purchased in to your DoubleU account? If that's the case, you can file a claim with your credit card company since you paid for chips that never went into your account. If that's not what you're saying then I can only assume you gambled away and lost all of the chips you purchased. That's not DoubleU's fault.  That's how gambling works. You win some, you lose some. And as with ANY casino, the house (the casino) always has the better odds.

This isn't 'internet gambling' because you do not win real money at DoubleU. You win pretend money to play in a pretend casino. Its for entertainment purposes only. There is absolutely nothing illegal about DoubleU, unless of course you paid for chips that you never received. And if that's the case, call your credit card company. Otherwise, DoubleU hasn't done a darn thing wrong. YOU chose to pay REAL money to purchase fake chips. YOU chose to play at a pretend casino that deals with fake money. Facebook has NO reason to remove this game from its website.

Spending real money for fake chips doesn't mean you're guaranteed to never lose.

If you were losing so much, why did you continue to buy coin packages????
