I ordered a $149.20 order on Nov.13,2006 from doxy lingerie. The website looked good and the prices looked resonable, and i order at online stores all the time, so i assumed i wouldnt have any problems at all---boy i was wrong!

I recieved one email stating that the order could be delayed 3-5 days, and my creditcard was charged/processed on Nov. 15 2006. I figured Thanksgiving holiday coming up-that is understandable. Yet, i have not recieved anything as of yet (Dec.3, 2006) and have emailed doxy lingerie 4 times, and have not recieved any emails regarding my order.

The items I ordered said in-stock, and i also ordered a pair of shoes which supposedly were to ship from a different warehouse within 24 hrs of order via ups ground(per website). Which again have not recieved!

Then after countless hours of waiting and searching online, i came across this website and noticed other customers having the same problems as i had---which makes me wonder if i am getting ripped off and maybe doxy lingerie is in over their heads. Well, I hope this works, because i am getting quite upset over this, it shouldnt take 2 weeks+ to get an online order..... especially which i paid quite a bit for!
I am very dissatisfied with this company and its "customer service"!

SO FINALLY AFTER OVER A MONTH AND A HALF....ONCE I GOT MY CREDITCARD COMPANY INVOLVED, I GOT REFUNDED. NEVER GOT A RETURN EMAIL FROM MY 19+EMAILS AND MY NUMEROUS VOICEMAILS LEFT @
DOXY # 2699989718 (FROM MY CC STATEMENT AND OTHER RIPOFF REPORT USERS.)

IF ANYONE OF YOU STILL ARE WAITING AND PAID BY CC--GET THEM INVOLVED-KEEP EMAILING DOXY- LEAVE VOICEMAILS! AND NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!

I HAVE SENT 11 EMAILS AND CALLED THE # LISTED ON OTHER REPORTS/MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT--269 998 9718--FOR THE OWNER OF DOXYLINGERIE-LEFT 3 VOICEMAILS, STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THEM!!!! I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED ANY MY ITEMS---WHICH SOME OF THEM WERE TO BE SHIPPED UPS THE NEXT DAY AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER!!!!
I AM GETTING VERY IMPATIENT @ THIS PLACE. HAVE GOTTEN MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO LOOK INTO AS WELL FOR ME SO WE WILL SEE HOW THAT GOES!!!!!!!!!
