I had ordered an outfit and pair of shoes off Doxy Lingerie on March 14th 2006 for a total of $117.66. I had waited approx one month after ordering it and not recieving it to email them and ask what was going on. They replied back stating that my order was being shipped out that week. Well a week later I still had not recieved it so I emailed them back informing them of that. They replied back stating it was out of stock and I needed to choose a different outfit. That is NOT what they had told me in the previous email. So I chose another outfit and once again we went back and forth about why I still had yet to recieve my order. I eventually told them that I wanted a full refund back to my account. Now they are ignoring my emails and wont give me my refund. It wasnt til after I have gone through all of this that I found this site and seen that there were several others having the same problem and the owner of the company seems to have an excuse for each of them. There arent any excuses... WHERE ARE THESE PEOPLES STUFF?! ITS A HUGE SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Yes it was the same email address.. quit trying to blame this on me when you and everybody else knows its your fault. Wouldnt you think its kind of funny that I recieved the confirmation email stating that my order was recieved to the email that i have been using to send you messages? Anyway. LEAVE ME ALONE.

Kelly,
I also noticed that the email that you have been using to send me messages is not the same email you used when you placed your order, which is probably why you didn't get the tracking #. Obviously we can only send emails to the email address you used when you placed your order.

Im making one last statment to you in which Ive said about 10 million times now. But its obvious you are blind. I checked my email again for the billionth time and there is NO tracking number. Quit lying. Now Im done with you so quit emailing me, quit writing responses on here. You are a fraud and Im not trying to hear another word that you say because you are wasting my time.

Kelly,
that's off, because the tracking # was in your email response to me, so you obviously did get it. And like I said, the tracking # was posted on here with plenty of notice for you to go pick up your package at the post office, yet, you opted not to do so, so the package was returned to us. Anyone reading this can clearly see that the information was offered to you.

I already told you

AUTHOR: Kelly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, May 12, 2006

Once again, just as I stated in the emails. The office where I live has SIGNED permission to sign for my packages. And you really should RE-check your emails because for the millionth time the tracking number was never in them. I checked it over and over again. The first time the number was given to me was on here. And Im tired of dealing with you so if the refund has been given to me then I will make sure that the money is in my account by the end of next week. If it is Im done with you and you're BS company. If its not I will be taking further legal action against you. So if you did what you said you've done and put my money back in the account, then leave me alone.

POSTED: Friday, May 12, 2006

Kelly,
this is absolutely ridiculous. I have copies of every single email I have sent you. I have emailed you 3 times letting you know that the post office was holding your package for pick up, and you ignored those emails and did not go to the post office to pick up your package, so it got send back to me. I posted your tracking # both on here, and in the emails that I sent you with plenty of time for you to go pick up your package before it got sent back to us.

Anyone who reads this review can easily see that that information was given to you in my first post, yet you seem to have it in your head that I am lying, when you can even go to USPS.com yourself and see that they attempted to deliver your package and then held it for pick up. When a signature is required on delivery, the person who's name is on the package MUST sign for the package.

If the postal worker allowed someone else to sign for the package in the past then they shouldn't have. This situation got completely out of control, partly because you refused to actually listen to what I had to say and just go pick up your package. Had you done so, this problem would have been resolved a long time ago.

Kelly,
the tracking # was in my first post, as well as the email you got when the item shipped. I emailed you over a week ago and told you that it was at the post office for you to pick up, but you refused to go and get it. And as far as the other outfit, you requested a refund, so that is what I issued you. Your order is now complete.

Pushing the blame

AUTHOR: Kelly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 10, 2006

I rechecked my email and that tracking number was never given to me. Any good business would have sent the tracking number out to me the day that they had shipped that item. Not two weeks after the item was supposedly already delievered. And once again, where is my other stuff?

Whether the above posted in the Jennifer from Doxy or not, you need to quit blaming the postal service for this problem. If the tracking number had been given to me originally I would have recieved the order because I would have known the day that it was supposedly delievered that it was brought back to the post office. You cant blame the USPS for why I havent recieved my outfit, now can you?

Doxy needs to quit pushing the blame onto everybody else but themselves.

What number

AUTHOR: Kelly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 10, 2006

Note that Doxy still wont tell me what that supposed tracking number is. I find that kind of funny. Every online company ive ever ordered from sends me a confirmation email with the tracking number on it so that I may track the package myself. And that still does not explain about my other item.. The outfit. Where is that at Jennifer? The one you supposedly were to have sent out already. Quit trying to come up with excuses to cover yourself. They arent working! Incase you havent noticed, but people arent as stupid as they seem to be. They know when they are being scammed!

Doxy Has No Control Over USPS

AUTHOR: Jennifer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 10, 2006

Kelly..
Although I agree that you had problems initially with Doxy, the problem now lies with the United States Postal Service and Doxy has no control over them.

Although the carrier knows he/she can leave your packages at the office, it is up to them if they choose to do so. Perhaps it was a substitute carrier that day, and they did not know to leave the package at the office. I ran the tracking number through the USPS website and it clearly shows that they attempted delivery on 4/19 and left a notice for you since the package required a signature.

Instead of venting your rage at Doxy over something they have no control over, the simplest solution would be to either pick up the package at the Post Office (before it gets returned to sender) or call the Post Office and ask them to redeliver.

you say that the post office still has my package, well theres a lie. post office will NOT hold a package for over two weeks

AUTHOR: Kelly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 09, 2006

Wow, are you that dense? What tracking information? Anybody could type that up. Every single package is given a tracking NUMBER.. where is that at? Also yes the office CAN accept packages under my name. I already told you they have MY permission and once again since you seem to need to have things repeated to you, I have had MANY packages that needed my signature taken to the office. They have permission to sign FOR me. Never once have I had this problem with any online company that I have ordered from. And again.. you say that the post office still has my package, well theres a lie. As I already stated above the post office will NOT hold a package for over two weeks. If they had supposedly delievered it and it got brought back to the post office, it would have already been shipped back to you and you would have already recieved it back by now. You are a horrible liar. Check the facts before you talk because you contradict yourself a lot. Especially in all the emails sent back and forth between us.

Kelly,
track the package yourself, I gave you the tracking information (as well as posted it here). I can't alter what is posted on the USPS website. Signature is required on delivery, so the post office won't leave it with the office, because YOU have to sign for it. So like I said, the post office is holding your order (they will only hold it for a certain amount of time before sending it back to us), so I suggest you go pick it up. And as you requested, we refunded you for the unavailable item. That completes your order.

Yea right

AUTHOR: Kelly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 09, 2006

And I already told you. The post office already knows to drop any packages off with the office if I am not home. Ive had atleast 10 packages delievered to me since Ive lived here when I was not home and ALL of them were put at the office. So it seems strange that this single one seemed to have been brought back to the post office and w/o leaving me a note. Also the post office will NOT hold a package for over two weeks like you are claiming that they are still holding it. And thats supposedly just my shoes. Where is my outfit? I ordered a different outfit from the that WAS in stock. You kept telling me that you were shipping it out that weekend. How many weekends do we have to go through before you finally do ship it out? And you also claimed that you were giving me a refund for the rest of that money.. well its been quite some time. It should have already shown that it was deposited back in my account.
