This particular company sells lingerie and Halloween costumes. I wanted to buy mine early since I had one in mind. I placed an order for two items using my credit card.

I got a confirmation e-mail that my order was placed and it would take 5-7 business days ground delivery. Nothing stating who would be delivering it. Nothing to click on for delivery status.

When you go to the website there is no contact number. It says that due to technical difficulties their phones are down. There is not a phone number even listed so you couldn't try to call if you wanted to!

I tried to email them and within a few seconds I received an email from them stating that their internet is temporarily down and sorry for the inconvenience. I don't know what temporarily means to them!

This makes me angry that someone can just take advantage of you like that. I wish I had gone to this website and seen the other complaint first for this company.
