 Be careful if you deal with Dr Bruce Kniegge or his wife Kathryn Katie Kniegge. They purchased multiple cheap properties in The Villages to try and escape paying IRS Capital Gains Tax and now the IRS is catching up to them. They are so cheap they take advantage of most contractors in The Villages and a number of A/C, Plumbers and Electricians will no longer respond to calls from their homes on Dalton Drive, Santos Place and Sonora Street and Helmsdale Street in Lady Lake and The Villages. They rent out these homes themselves both long term and short term and don't pay sales tax on it. They keep the security deposits for all their tenants saying it needed to be cleaned by "Katie's Cleaning Services" and bill $400-500 to "clean" a home that was left in spotless condition. They also don't repair anything so watch out for floods from leaking dishwashers. Dr Bruce Kniegge walks around the homes spying on the tenants when they are their wearing t-shirts that say "Lawn Man" or "Pest Guy" so the tenants aren't suspicious. When something needs repairing he duct tapes it together to repair it and doesn't care about any of their tenants. He then lies and says that checks bounce and makes the tenants write him another check double banking their money. STAY CLEAR!!
