Several RIPOFF REPORTS have been filed against the above mentioned. All of the original report is true. Las Vegas court records show that these two people are running from the law and have committed numerous scams under several names. They spent the last several years of their lives filing lawsuits against people but refuse to pay their attorneys that have filed liens against them in Las Vegas.

Charles Campbell and his wife Tammy Smiley run many websites to recruit doctors overseas and have been found in Las Vegas courts to have committed fraud against doctors. His wife Tamra They steal money from doctors by promising them jobs and demand payment even when they do not place the physicians. They harass and intimidate foreign doctors by telling them if they don't pay up that Immigration will kick them out of the U.S. They file false reports against innocent people to many places like Department of Immigration and FBI.

Charles Campbell has consistently violated court orders and has stalked, defamed and harassed several people via his websites, by letter and by phone. Tammy Campbell's testimony in court is that she is the webmaster of named websites. Several restraining orders have been filed against the Campbell's and they have been deemed as vexatious litigants by a Las Vegas judge.

Charles Campbell and Tammy Smiley fled Las Vegas some time in 2009 and ran to El Paso, Texas to hide. They skipped out on their last month of rent in Vegas and avoided paying their cell phone bill. It is believed they have hidden their assets in Utah in order to avoid paying the several thousands of dollars they owe to several people all over the United States. They have resumed their old scams under new names, the latest being Hospital Agent where they ask overseas doctors to send them $5000 and they will find them a job.

Christopher and Tamra Campbell Smiley have resumed their modeling scams by posting ads asking nude and sexy models to send them up to 100 pictures for a contest where they claim to have paid out over $13,000 in prizes. Court records show that the Campbells never paid models for anything in the past, since they cannot pay for their own liens and attorneys one can assume they will continue to never pay models either.

Charles Campbell claimed to be a PhD of something but court records show he only admitted to a business degree and never attended one single class for his so called PhD. On one of his websites he claimed to have been a grief counselor and his sketchy past makes it impossible to believe anything he claims about himself. Charles Campbell and Tammy Campbell Smiley belong to recovery addict websites.

The innocent people that have dealt with Charles Christopher Campbell and Tamra Smiley hope that the public can be warned of these two people that belong in jail. God and Allah know that while they are living in Pergatory and hiding from the rest of the world by putting on Halloween masks, the time is coming for Judgement Day.
