Hello Everyone
I am a real life parent/patient who is validating the original complaint - Dr. David S. Ostreicher DDS office is run WITHOUT empathy more like a MONEY Mill. The fowl females working there are also down right dirty, nasty females; they all commiserate and discriminate with anyone with low income dental insurance. This in fact did happen to me today 2/17/14 Diane, Gena, and than a Daniel are the actual unprofessional lying perpetrator behind this incident at his office. They hang up on me for asking why the bad treatment, then I was forwarded to a Gina (nasty old woman) the same thing happened again when I asked her why the run around she actually did the same thing just hang up. They cancelled my son’s appointment and treated me inhuman. In all my 35ys I have never been treated like that. I do have a full recorded conversation that I intend to forward to his office. I just have a feeling those fowl hogs will try to deny it. I am also forwarding a copy to New York Attorney General for discrimination.

It's so obvious that Dr. DAVID S. OSTREICHER, D.D.S., M.S., M.P.H wrote these rebuttles himself but pretended to be his customers. That's so much his style he's such a liar!
Want to read them....Here's the title of one of his rebuttles -- Dr ostreicher is an excellent dr. I see lies about him on here, and here's another --Ostreicher is a very good orthodontist.
Dr. DAVID S. OSTREICHER or Dr. DAVID OSTREICHER - both one in the same - cares nothing about his patients and everything about how much money he's getting from each orthodontic case he takes on. As a person, Dr. DAVID S. OSTREICHER or Dr. DAVID OSTREICHER is a real sleeze. All he ever does is lie!
And here's proof of what a liar he is:
In 1998 Dr. DAVID S. OSTREICHER or Dr. DAVID OSTREICHER sued his wife, her doctors who performed her abortion and the hospital where her abortion was performed, on the grounds that they had a moral obligation to give him advance notice of the abortion. The truth is that not only did Dr. DAVID S. OSTREICHER or Dr. DAVID OSTREICHER consent to his wife's abortion, but it was his idea in the first place. This was all because Dr. DAVID S. OSTREICHER or Dr. DAVID OSTREICHER wife wanted him to tear up their prenuptial agreement.
''It's all fabricated,'' Mr. Cender [Dr. DAVID S. OSTREICHER or Dr. DAVID OSTREICHER wife's attorney] said. ''None of the allegations are true. Not only did he know about the abortion, not only did he consent to it, it was his idea. He advised her he didn't want to support the baby. He didn't want to be a father. He's using this lawsuit to get a better financial arrangement. I think he knows that the prenuptial agreement that he rammed down her throat would not stand up in court.''

SO FUNNY!!! Youre going to forward it to the AG for "discrimination"!! OMFG!! First you have to prove this. Secondly, according to the shopkeepers privilage, they have the right to refuse service to anyone. Including yourself. You go right ahead and foward it Im sure the AG needs a good laugh. Oh and please please please tell us all that you were 100% courteous and polite. That you didnt make an a$$ of yourself over the phone and YOU were not yelling and screaming. Im betting you cant tell us that. If that is the case then guess what, they have a right to not deal with a crazy person over the phone. Its a telephone and NOT a life support machine. They CAN hang up if you were being abusive.
Odds are that YOU assumed that they were being mean and escallated the issue due to a percieved slight. This is a COMMON issue with females and its how the INDIVIDUAL acts. There is ever chance in the world that they WERE professional, you just took issue with something and assign them motives that are not backed up by facts. I feel youre attempting to use your "poor" status in order to get something for free.
