Then when asked about the money claimed that Dabdhoub was working with the Cartels. 7) Rumored to have, under the guise of providing education to the poor of Mexico, installed a bio recognition program to track both cartel and anti-cartel family members within Mexico. 8) Rumored to have played a key role in the psychological warfare program during the Vietnam era.
