Avoid doing business with Business Psychologist Dr. Gary Dumais of Select Human Resources.Dr. Gary Dumais and his company Select Human Resources are located in Philadelphia PA.
I was going to hire Gary Dumais to evaluate and assess a potential new potential executive for my company. My (now former) personal assistant put me in touch with Dumais and set up a meeting at a cafe in the Fairmount area of Philadelphia. I arrive on time for our meeting at noon and Dumais is nowhere to be seen. I wait for twenty minutes and I finally get a text message from him apologizing that he's on the way and will be there soon.
Ten more minutes go by. Then fifteen. I call Dumais and it goes straight to voicemail. Finally, Gary Dumais arrives for our meeting looking very disheveled and slurring his words in an apology.
His eyes were bloodshot and he looked very unkempt in a dirty wrinkled shirt. I quickly pick up the smell of alcohol. It's not even 1pm and Dumais is drunk! I told him how I will not engage in a business interaction with someone who is clearly an alcoholic.
An hour late is one thing, but to arrive intoxicated?! Dumais becomes incredibly hostile and yells at me to go F@#$ myself as I walk outside. I never in my life have been victim to such appalling behavior from a professional. And from a psychologist no less!
I quickly came back to my office to speak with my partner and my PA. It turns out that my now former PA did not research Gary Dumais at all. If you Google his name, you can see reports of severe alcoholism, abuse of women and even solicitation of prostitutes! Thankfully all myself and my company suffered was time and some money wasted.
Do NOT waste your time even considering to hire Gary Dumais or anyone affiliated with Dumais, Select Human Resources and Delta Consultants.Highly unprofessional and appalling!

This is in response to the "attorney" who posted on this report trying to claim that this Rip Off Report against Dr Gary Dumais is false.
I can assure you that SelectIncompetence is NOT falsifying information as I have had a very similar experience with Dr Gary Dumais as the original poster. Frighteningly similar. And not only did Dr Dumais arrive at our meeting drunk too, I have also spoken first hand with one of Dr Gary Dumais' domestic Violence victims whom I believe to be completely honest and true. Dumais' domestic violence victim also confirmed that similar allegations against Dumais are true. Dumais has always had a drinking problem aside from his pornography addiction and tendency towards violence against women.
Again, considering that I had a very similar experience with Dumais and have spoken to one of his victims first hand, I am 100% without a doubt backing up the report filed by Select Incompetence
