Dr. John Janick John Janick, Lisa Janick. Janick Professional Center SO MAD!!!!! Dr. John Janick not paying his bills..... port charlotte Florida

 I am very upset with one of our local doctors John Janick. The company I work for provided therapy services to Doctor Janicks patients within his practice. He owes us over 6000.00 dollars for services that we provided and that he BILLED medicare and other insurance companies for.

I have been in Dr. Janicks ofc 4 times asking to be reimbursed for these services we provided. Letters have been written, bills have been sent via mail and delivered in person. I spoke with Kim the administrator and Denise the AP and billing person multiple times.

I have even had a meeting with Dr. Janicks wife Lisa and Kim explaining the situation and that we need to be paid for the services we provided!!!!! I was just told last week by Denise that she spoke with Lisa Janick and she refuses to pay are bill. I asked her why? and she said that she had no reason?

I told Denise I would bring in every chart with every note that we did etc... She still said it wouldnt work because they are refusing to pay us with no reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lisa Janick also works for a local Medicare Home Health Care company ACE Home Care. Dr. Janick is supposedly there medical director and Lisa also works in the office a couple days a week for her husband. She approched one of our employees in the patient room and tried to sign them up for Home Health with ACE before the doctor, her husband even came into see them!!!!!!

I am tired of the greed, the steering and the BS. We are a small community and people deserve to know what is going on!!!
