Breach of Contract
We were solicited to contract for our Winston Churchill Bond back in August 2012 and entered into contract for sale on September 7, 2012. The Bond was delivered per the terms and conditions of the contract on September 20, 2012, purportedly, but unsubstantiated to David Pruna of JP Morgan Private Bank, Miami. After said bond was delivered, it was revealed verbally, but never in writing, that the contract entered into was "not valid" and that in fact Herrera was not the Buyer, but JP Morgan was the actual Buyer. This fact was never substantiated by JP Morgan. We have been given multiple assurances that we would be receiving our Safekeeping Receipt, and that payment would follow on numerous occasions, which to date, has been false and misleading. As of this date, December 13, 2012, we are attempting to retrieve our Bond and have yet to receive the courtesy of any communication. 
We were solicited on multiple occasions to submit our paperwork and Bond as we would be paid in a "couple of days" back in August of 2012. Contract were exchanged and a final agreement entered into on September 7, 2012. Once the Bond was delivered on September 20, 2012, the communication began to be limited, at best. We were provided uninformative emails as a way of continuing to "stay in touch" that contained little or not information of value. 
The aforementioned gentlemen have breached the Agreement, failed to communicate in a meaningful manner and have, in our opinion, defrauded us by inducing us to enter into an Agreement for the sale of our Bond and failed to perform as contracted. Once we asked for the return of our Bond, this group has failed to comply and has ceased communicating.
