As stated previously, WE are numerous FORMER contractors NOT EMPLOYEES! SO YES, WE ALL FORMERLY WORKED AS INDEPENDENT, COMMISSIONED ONLY, CONTRACTORS.  SINCE YOU ARE LACKING AN EDUCATION, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS CAN’T BE “FIRED” BECAUSE WE WERE NEVER “HIRED” TO BEGIN WITH! Independent Contractors work with written agreements.

LARRY RAY EAMES, never provided or asked any of us FORMER CONTRACTORS to sign any written agreements! His plan is to manipulate what is by legal definition a W-2 position into an Independent Contractor position to avoid paying salary, benefits and TAXES. He also paid the so-called commissions in CASH to further avoid paying TAXES (every heard of TAX EVASION? If not, go ask the IRS-Internal Revenue Service).  He also wanted to position any Contractors to take his blame for wrong doing if and when his crimes are exposed, in order to avoid another lengthy prison sentence. 

He had plenty of time to think this plan through while rotting in jail over the past 15 years. You can read about it in the court transcripts when he tried this tactic at his court trial and his appeal.  The courts were savvy to his finger pointing to avoid responsibility for his actions and refused to allow him to let others take the blame for him.

For proof of commissioned, independent contractors, click on the advertisement below and look next to compensation.  The compensation clearly states "commission", but you will also note that the ad states "NEED EARLY MORNING SALES PROS $$$ 7AM TO 1PM".  That is a big NO, NO when it comes to 1099 commission sales!  They want to pay like a 1099 commission only, independent contractor, but treat Sales people like W-2 employees without the hourly, weekly or monthly pay and benefits!

Furthermore, just because you take a product that has been re-labeled by a multi-convicted felon (AND YES WE DID SEE LARRY RAY EAMES WITH OUR OWN EYES PRINT UP SOME BOGUS LABELS THAT WERE LATER  SENT TO AN OFFSITE LOCATION OUT OF STATE AND THEN  STUCK ONTO THE PRODUCT WHICH YOU NOW TAKE).  If you truly are a consumer, then where is your PROOF that the product is SAFE or who manufactures it or who developed it? 

Clearly, you speak as someone that perhaps has a vested financial interest in this business (i.e. employee, current contractor, owner, or investor) and has something to lose.  That is why you feel the need to rant and rave and make personal remarks. An educated consumer would want PROOF and you have provided NO concrete PROOF of the true origins of this product! Just because you haven’t died from taking the product doesn’t prove the products are SAFE or who DEVELOPED THEM or who manufactures them!  You TRY to attack people in the know, so you think the public will look the other way.  The public is to savvy for your type of childish behavior. The truth is too scary for you!

Let’s just settle this once and for all and put these PRODUCTS to the TEST!  Let’s bring the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) into settle this matter!  This way ALL CONSUMERS can feel safe and be “healthy” taking these products OR we can watch the government regulatory agencies SHUT DOWN the doors of a fraudulent business and put the owners back in jail. FAIR ENOUGH?!

It’s called “Product Fraud” for those of you who don’t know how to read and comprehend what has been written. Larry Ray Eames was IN PRISON at the time he claims to have developed the products!

In regards to “defamation of character” (not spelled defimation!), you must have character to begin with!  For the record, Larry Ray Eames and Nicole Blackwell defamed their own characters many years ago, before ever starting the newest scheme intended to defraud the public, especially the aging and sick.  If they were concerned about their character(s), they should have thought that through, instead of counting all the money they obtained through illegal means!  If Larry Ray Eames and Nicole Blackwell are trying to “move on with their lives”, then why did they decide to commit new crimes such as Tax Evasion, Product Fraud, Leads Theft, Violation Of Copyright, Violation Of Errors And Omissions, Mail Fraud?
