State of Montana vs David Abraham Blanchard

On April 8, 2008 David A. Blanchard was charged and found guilty in the state of Montana of three (3) Felonies: Forgery; Issuing a Bad Check - Common Scheme; and Theft.
On February 22, 2010 the Montana Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, revoked the April 8, 2008 ruling. The court added additional amendments or new terms to the defendants conditions of probation in replace of the previous ruling.
Under the terms of the probation: "The Defendant shall not receive any down payments for work to be done, but only accept payment as work is completed to the customer's satisfaction. Product and supplies which must be purchased to begin a job will be paid for by the client only after the client received an invoice showing the items which have been purchased for the particular job. All work must be done by contract. The contract must not contain language about a down payment. A copy of every contract must be given to his probation officer for at least 24 months. The probation officer should determine that this condition is being met, and has the authority to check with each client to determine if appropriate progress is being made on the contract."
