We worked with Tricia Hinrichs and Kari from Driggs title agency at the Scottsdale, AZ location. We found Tricia to be rude and we almost couldn't close on the house due to this agency. These people don't reveal their fees upfront and tack them on at the last minute with no prior information.   In this case, Tricia failed to get a disclaimer deed signed from us that is necessary to be done before closing. Since we are a military family, my husband was out of state then and we weren't even told that he had to sign this in person until the day before we were supposed to sign closing documents! On top of that, Tricia went ahead and arranged a mobile notary and charged us $75 without telling us about this cost upfront. We only learnt about this when we saw the final fees document.    Title and notary fees etc. are supposed to be disclosed to the client upfront. Tricia did not do this and caused all kinds of problems at the last minute due to which our closing date was delayed and had to be postponed. Stay away from this agency!! Tricia Hinrichs is not only rude to deal with, but also totally incompetent and apparently only interested in making money since she charged us fees without disclosing them.
