Driver Detective PC Drivers Headquarter Defective software with no support except for unadvertised additional $149. Internet

I purchased the license for Driver Detective and used it as instructed. It detected what was purported to be an outdated audio driver for my HP Pavillion zv5200 laptop, so I downloaded the so-called "updated" audio driver, a Realtek brand name, which was to replace the "outdated" SoundMax driver. When rebooted, the laptop no longer had sound! I called their so-called
customer "service" number of 877-737-1080 only to be told they could help me on up to 5 issues for an additional $149.95!!! This is a complete RIPOFF. A Google search confirms that this company makes it a practice to ripoff its unsuspecting
