Driver's auto Repair, Andrew Winters, Javier Moran Misleading statement about the need for parts, replacement or repair service to rip customer Spring Texas

 I requested the services of the business "Driver's Auto repair" located at 3802 Louetta, Spring, Tx on 05/21/2013 to repair my AC system that needed only to be recharged with FREON. After dully inspecting the vehicle, they informed me that they have checked the system for any leaks and that if i would agree for them to change the compressor, they will fix the AC system and provide me with a three year guarantee for a complete peace of mind. They will charge $ 1401.35 for the service. I agreed to the contract and paid  $ 1401.35. The invoice delivered to me states " Unless otherwise noted, all repairs work shall carry a 36 month/36000 mile prorated limited warranty. Less than 4 months after the repairs the AC system went down. I contacted the business for repairs under the warranty and they declined to perform the required work. They knowingly made a false or misleading statement about the need for parts, replacement or repair service.  They charged me parts and services that I did not need, a new compressor and repair of the AC system, and the will not honor the warranty obligations they committed to.
