I purchased a dropship package from this company for $199.00 that includes a website. The shipping lead times for Dropshipdesign.com are terrible and are not as advertised. They advertise products on your site that are not in stock and shows to be. You can not talk to anyone with the company when you call about problems,. They never return phone calls. Takes days for anyone to answer your emails and as off this report have not refunded $219.00 to me on an order on 11/17/05 that was reported to be OUT OF STOCK on 11/26/05.

I will call my credit card company about the charges not refunded. If you are looking for a company to build a online business with, I would not waste my time with this one. Unfortunately I have and will not re-subcribe. You can not build a business with a good customer support with companies such as Dropshipdesign.com 12/4/05
