I went into this with the expectation that I would be dealing with a professional company. I was assured that they would be available to help every step of the way and that my website would be up ad running in a few days.

After 5 days, I e-mailed to inquire when it would be done and was told they were having tech. difficulties and they appreciated my patience. A couple days later my site was "live" I printed out the e-mail they sent with the instructions on how to get it all started, but was met with errors before I could even get into it. I then e-mail tech support with the errors and asked if this was a continuation of the problems they were having. 24 hours later I got an e-mail back from them saying that I had seriously damaged a file and that I needed to return it to the condition they sent it to me in! This was followed by another message saying there were things done to the files and that they would perform a "courtesy fix", but next time it would cost me $75.

After several days, I e-mailed asking when it would be done and was told "I was in line" and thank you for your patience. Several days more passed and was told the same thing. After 10 days, I e-mailed telling them that as "professionals" they should be able to give mne a more direct answer...but they did not reply.

After 3 more days I e-mailed the sales department explaining my problem and said I thought I had been patient enough. A few hours later they sent a message saying they would refund my money - which I have to assume they have done.

Rather than actually supply the service they promised, they chose to waste 30 days (and many hours of research). Although I seem to have ownership of my domain name, this seems to be something that Nick Stefano has scammed from people in the past. Not only are they unprofessional, they are child-like in their responses - blaming the customers for doing wrong rather than accepting responsibility. These people are to be avoided.
