Found this company online and phoned them to inquire about a specific item to make sure it was the item I wanted. Never received a call back. Against my better judgement, I went ahead and ordered the item online on 9/22 from their website and was given a confirmation of my order via email. It is now 10/13 and I've left three additional messages at their call center (there is never a human who picks up the phone) and have not received a call back regarding the status of my order, tracking info or anything. Also sent them an email, as their Website states that they won't call a customer unless they receive permission via phone or email. Have not received a response via phone or email; very irritated with these folks. I am beginning to wonder if they are even in business since they aren't returning calls or emails.
