Dylanqueen.co.uk I bought a dress from them online for an event. I was made to pay £30 extra if I wanted my order to delivered witin 3-5 days.Please can this company be investigated urgently to prevent them from ripping more people off Internet

 A couple of days after placing the order I recieved an email stating that the dress will take 15-21days. I replied stating I needed the dress urgently that was why I paid extra for deliver. I was told that it will be delivered within. 3-5 days then since it was so urgent. This did not happen. I had to look for another dress for my event as the dress was not delivered on time. I was then made to pay another £3.50 extra for DHL delivery. This did not make sense as I had already paid for delivery when placing the order. However because I really liked the dressing saw on their site I went ahead and paid the extra. The dress finally arrived and to add insult to injury it was an old dress. The fabric Is so old and looks like it's been worn before. I contacted them through email about this the same day and I was told to take pictures to prove I'm telling the trut. I have done that but have recieved no reply from them. They do not want to give me any details on how to return the dress and there is no other contact details for them except their email address. I am so disappointed because the dress does not fit either and I don't know how to return it. I have been online to check and have noticed they have ripped so many people off.
