"The online shopping experience was adequate, but the delivery process as mentioned by another reviewer below, was a disaster. I paid for white glove, they wanted to give me curbside. After being treated rudely by the delivery team who kept refusing to do the white glove that I paid for, I finally refused the delivery. I thought that was the worst of it, but boy was I shocked when I contacted Dynamic Home Decor. I let them know in a voicemail that I was very dissatisfied with the delivery, and had to refuse it. I requested someone call me ASAP or I would contact my card issuer. I got a call back and it was the single worst customer service experience of my life. The alleged owner, who claims to be worth millions and doesn't care about my money, refused to give me my money back and even told me "shut the f*** up." Needless to say, I would NEVER do business with them again and can only say to anyone else that is considering them, shop at your own risk."

We Had a WONDERFUL Shopping Experience!

My husband and I purchased a gorgeous leather sectional from Dynamic Home Décor several weeks ago. I spoke to the salesman at least 5 times before finally ordering it because I so worried about buying furniture online without seeing it or sitting in it. The salesman helped calm my nerves and walked me through the buying process and explained their return policy. We chose white glove delivery since neither myself nor my husband could carry such large items into our house at our age! Three weeks later the sectional arrived and we just love it! The delivery went smoothly and the sectional is a perfect fit for our tight space! I am very happy with Dynamic Home Décor and the sectional. I know this is supposed to be a site to write a bad review, but I wanted to post my great experience everywhere. I hope they let me here!

This is not a fair and accurate account of the conversation or the service we attampted to perform.

After being berrated for nearly 10 minutes at how aweful we are and not being allowed to speak, have a normal conversation, or offer a solution, I did lose my "cool".

Just because the internet allows you to enjoy your first admendment right to write a bad review, that does not mean you have the right to be abusive or make threats to do so.
