This guy named Mr. Whitworth..so he says , called my home phone. It was ignored. Then my husband got a call on his cell phone. First off, this was taken care of years ago because the people stole, YES STOLE, the tires and rims off the vehicle.  We have the proof. BTW how can you drive something with no tires or rims?? Really? Anyway , this DB bought this pennies on the dollar from Palisades. Which btw were sued back in May. Gotta love it when something works out huh? So this guy and his company are nothing but jerks. Seriously guys..it was taken care of..get over it you blood sucking losers, go run a pawn shop or something...

This loser continued to try to get my husband to admit he owed. No such luck there sunshine. He does not owe...Number 1, it was taken care of (we have proof}, 2. you tried to extort money from us, (not ever going to happen), 3. You bought a false dept , and now are harrassing people, 4. even though your calling from a 901 number, you should know the SOL (I like to call s**t outa luck) expired 5 years ago, 5 you kept asking for a credit card number, 6 we have been on the do not call list, (last guy was sued so it seems in May for harrassment) there is no way you would have any of our telephone numbers , which means they were bought or freely given as we are on the do not call list and have been for over 8 years.

So tell me sunshine, will you be sued next? I sent a cease and desist letter to yes ...Palisades..They contacted us another time then I reported them. Not everyone is a moron. I suppose unless your a debt collector who doesn't know the laws or hasn't looked up the SOL. Are you Palisades brother? He was a peach to talk to. He cussed me up one side and down the other..I have it all on tape ..Silly boy. I can't stand these kind of losers that think they can extort money . Check your facts, check your numbers, get a real job, and I have a feeling you will be sued next....I didn't sue..I should have...everyone always gets to sue..LOL,.,I never have any fun.... ::P
