Raj B. Lonsane, Ruchi Lonsane, Bhanudas K. Lonsane, Shalini Lonsane, Mr. Prakash an investor conspired to steal funds from Richard and after robbing hundreds of thousands of dollars from Richard as theft of services he posted the above link on his site. He makes wild accusations, even inventing non existing marriages, posting personal information about Richard after he became disabled due to his incessant work hours and Richard's being forced to run through the streets to send Western Union wires at all times of the day and night to pay Raj B. Lonsane's so called staff.

The staffers have posted several items on ROR stating that Lonsane robbed them of their justly earned wages. The police in India were notified and Lonsane bribed the commanding officer in charge of his investigation, even asking Richard to send letters to assist the police officer with regards to enrolling his child in a private school. Richard's funds paid for the school for the child so Lonsane could escape prosecution, unbenowknst to Richard.

Now the Indian government is lax about prosecuting its own criminals such as Lonsane. Raj is an alcoholic who failed to deliver product he promised to clients Richard sold, in fact the only clients Raj and Dynashoppe ever had on their books.

Dynashoppe is a fraud and Lonsane continues to steal funds which he demands people send to him by wire. My parents and I believed Raj and Dynashoppe's lies and sent him substantial funds for which we never received anything in return.

In fact the Lonsane clan and Dynashoppe overcharged every client for work product which Richard now secures at a nominal fraction of what Lonsane bilked.

This man is immoral he has zero scruples and would sell his own mother for a dollar, he uses www.dynashoppe.com (a site on which Richard did most of the text creation and actual entry of the same).

Richard's parents passed away and Lonsane was contacted by an attorney to whom Raj B. Lonsane lied to by telling the lawyer that the moneys he received (read stole) were paid on behalf of Richard.

Not only did he steal money from Richard but he also stole commissions in excess of 15,000 dollars. Richard had to refund 8,000 to a client that Lonsane robbed and now Raj and Dynashoppe posted a page on their site to defame Richard using idiotic self serving statements and lies to perpetrate his fraud on others.

Lamentably www.dynashoppe.com and Lonsane will not stop robbing the unsuspecting whom he calls upon demanding wire transfers, he does not accept credit cards or other such payments which would make him liable in the event delivery of his work product fails to happen.

Be careful as this criminal will not give you anything for your money and once you get robbed it will be too late.

The postings he claims on his defamatory page about Richard and ROR are all true. Richard helped many people who have lamentably acted in precisely the way they are portrayed in Richard's ROR postings.

Richard represented hundreds of the top law firms in the world, he hired two people who came to him begging for a shot at life. These two low lifes stole a back up tape of software and code Richard himself created while sleeping on a cot in his office at 34th Street near Fifth Avenue in New York City. The software licenses Richard's company owned and paid for amounted to about a hundred thousand dollars including custom code Richard created and also hired outsiders to work on.

Lonsane is a drunk who has no respect for the law, his claim that Richard required assistance is true. Richard was disabled for years and has chosen to forego disability income from SSI in exchange for over 40 spinal and musculoskeletal injections to overcome herniated disks caused by his loyalty and double shifts (at times days in a row) working with Lonsane to build a company.

Raj B. Lonsane sent agreements he never signed, he claimed he had investors on hand to support lead generation and advertising as well as payroll and operating expenses. The reality was that Richard single handedly through his New York LLC supported Lonsane while he continued to call upon Richard to make payroll.

Richard has gotten back to a full time schedule at work on his company, which was established in 1986. He still has major law firm clients and now works with an Indian firm as the US agent for this firm, which sends the US offices volumes of hot leads for Richard to process and close.

He has established a practice with physicians, dentists, law firms, financial companies, jewelers and more recently channel partners who represent multi national corporations.

Richard is doing what Lonsane was dreaming about albeit his lies and deceit.

Lonsane ought to be in jail for his crimes and everyone out there who ever hears from DynaShoppe.com or Raj needs to run as far and fast as they can.

Despite having received funds to pay for payroll from New York, Raj Lonsane ripped off his workers who posted this on this Web site. Search for Mindware or DynaShoppe or Raj Lonsane. New York sent Lonsane funds without deducting full commissions and after receiving the moneys Lonsane cheated New York out of fees. In addition there were moneys due from 2005 which Mindware Dynashoppe and Lonsane promised to pay and never did. He cheated New York with false promises of partnerships and on his own Lonsane and his family have failed to find a way to break out of near bankruptcy and still survive off loans.

New York has demanded to be paid the total of moneys for commissions and other funds sent to help Lonsane for which New York never received anything in return. The total is about $40,000 which was stolen. Now Lonsane has been in contact with New York based and procured clientele defaming the salesman and lying to clients while asking some of them to help fund his broke business.

Lonsane had an opportunity to secure a position for which New York had recommended Raj B. Lonsane accept over $82,000 per year as a salary plus commissions. New York was to receive $3000 per week and one day before signing Raj B. Lonsane changed his fickle mind and blew the deal!

So after all this time he is borrowing funds to stay alive for years and at times from questionable resources. He lied to New York and stole tens of thousands from the former, as well as nearly $50,000 from another businessman in Canada who also never got much for his contribution from Lonsane.

Raj. B. Lonsane is a liar, a cheater a terrible business person and whatever he promises is whatever will win the day with no intention to deliver on his promises. He sold revenue shared programs to clients and never delivered according to calls from those clients to New York recently stating so.

In all honesty, he and _____ feel, and I must concur, that he was at a crossroads, deciding whether to scrap the entire project with Dynashoppe and building a new site and moving forward on his own.

One major concern that we all felt needed to be addressed - being the position within this project and its development of Richard Ackerman. We all agree that he is the most unprofessional individual we have all ever worked with. Frankly, none of us feel comfortable in moving forward with him involved in ANY way. This is certainly very poor public relations for DynaShoppe and having had personal experience with Richard I certainly consider the source. They were surprisingly candid and rated DynaShoppe quite highly and continue to be happy with their sites and their relationship with you and DynaShoppe.

The manner in which you handled the unfortunate situation with Richard and (blocked URL) spoke volumes to me about your personal integrity and the willingness to follow through with a project that, unfortunately, I am sure was not profitable for Dyna Shoppe. Had it been left to Richard, we would have given him (I was quite afraid that was actually going to happen.) additionally money on the promise of performance with no checks and balances on Richard to ensure that would take place.

I was quite emphatic that we cease all communications with Richard, which fortunately we did. That was then and this is now and I do not like to live life in the rear view mirror, but keep my eyes on the road (goals) ahead. So, let's get on to this current project!

IPR LAW IN INDIA and international treaties

In India, the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of computer software are covered under the Copyright Law. Accordingly, the copyright of Computer Software is protected under the provisions of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Major changes to Indian Copyright Law were introduced in June 1994. THIS HAS MADE THE INDIAN COPYRIGHT LAW ONE OF THE TOUGHEST IN THE WORLD. The amendments to the Copyright Act in June 1994 included the definition of Computer Program. The Copyright (Amendment) Act 1994, clearly explains the rights of copyright holder, position on rentals of software, the rights of the user to make backup copies and the heavy punishment and fines on infringement of copyright of software.

According to the Copyright Amendment Act 1994, it is illegal to make or distribute copies of copyrighted software without proper or specific authorisation. The only exception is provided by Section 52 of the Act which allows a backup copy purely as a temporary protection against loss, distribution or damage to the original copy. It also prohibits the sale or to give on hire, or offer for sale or hire, any copy of the computer program without specific authorisation of the Copyright holder.

Indian Law prohibits unauthorised duplication of software, making multiple copies for use by different users within an organisation and giving an unauthorised copy to another individual. If caught with pirated software, the copyright infringer may be tried under both civil and criminal law.

A civil and criminal action may be instituted for injunction, actual damages (including infringers profits), or statutory damages per infringement etc. Moreover, with the amendments to Indian Copyright Act in 1994, even the criminal penalties have substantially increased.

He knows full well that Richard had to send him the funds Richard earned without taking Richard's company's full commission to allow Mindware to meet payroll and Richard never saw evidence of Raj Lonsane's books and records EVER.

Mr. Lonsane is a fraud, a liar and cannot deliver any of his vaporware search engine optimizer software and services to any revenue shared client so far. Mr. Sigman is a small businessman whom Lonsane is colluding with illegally, no lawsuit was filed by Sigman and none can be filed by any responsible attorney.

No other so called client can claim to have legal standing affording them rights to file suit. Richard is a professional consultant who was left 'holding the bag' for thousands of dollars in advertising, telephone bills paid for Lonsane to communicate with clients in the US and lost commissions due to Lonsane's abysmal handling of all business matters.

The stories Lonsane tells here are just his attempt at whitewashing and erasing his idiotic mistakes. He knows full well every claim Richard made was presented in writing both to Lonsane and to each and every prospect and client before any move was made. Lonsane is not man enough to take responsibility for his failures and mistakes -- he promised Richard shares in Mindware in writing and all anyone has to do is read the above documentation in full to see that Lonsane is not mentally stable and makes things up as he goes along. What difference does it make who paid hosting which caused servers to go down if only momentarily?

Obviously it was Richard who had to step in as he had so many times before to stop calamity from happening. Lonsane also failed to pay for DynaShoppe.com renewal fees to his registry of record and Richard noticed this and jumped on the case to fix that also. Raj Lonsane is a dangerous misfit who has no idea what business is about and he destroyed every effort Richard made to contribute his and his clientele's concepts to grow a product that Lonsane claims was his own invention. He like so many other Indian firms is a fraud, greedy and overpricing his wares as well as incapable of delivering on his promises.

Anyone can feel free to call every (three or so live clients) and confirm that the others are not really live despite years in some cases in the making. The stores which are live are not earning any money because data driven sites do not work well with Google. After Richard's contact (an inside consultant at Google) reviewed the DynaShoppe site, she stated it was horrid and would never do well in Google.

In spite of this Lonsane claims that Richard victimized him without evidencing how and why Raj Lonsane makes these self-serving rationalizations. He claims that Richard did wrong yet the only sales on the books were brought in by Richard and ONLY Richard every single claim Richard posted here can be backed up and evidenced via emails or other material from the perpetrators.

The deadbeats who refused to pay or honor their promises were hammered here because they deserve it, period.

Feel free to review the postings by Richard about each and every unscrupulous client in these ROR pages. Richard stands by his good name and honor and states unequivocally that Lonsane has lied, cheated and lost Richard clients and work because word of mouth advertising could never happen with a half baked product such as Lonsane produced. It was such a nightmare speaking with a prospective client or a potential investor. For the past few months, it was so difficult to mention the name DynaShoppe or Raj Lonsane to anyone knowing very well that a search on Google would display THIS REPORT on page 1.

We have lost numerous clients because of this posting....we have lost 2 potential investors because of this posting...at one time, we had signed term sheets...then they saw this report and withdrew instantly. Why? They did not want to be associated with this lunacy. We didn't blame them. But again, who to blamewe definitely couldn't blame Richard.

After seeing this posting, we were warned by our existing investors and the new ones not to mention their names to Richard. They were obviously scared. We thank our stars that Richard did not know their names. Otherwise their names also would have been plastered in this report as rapists or terrorists or cheats or drunkards or wife beaters.

Like he has blemished the name of our CEO's father, Dr B K Lonsane who incidently is one of the seniormost scientists of the country. He was the first scientist in 25 years who was offered the prestigious post of an emeritus scientist directly by the council of scientific and industrial research panel, Govt of India after retirement because of his contributions to the field of biotechnology and microbiology. His contributions in these fields are well known worldwide.

Our CEO's wife's name features too. For what, we ask??

Richard has no idea of the agony, trauma and stress that we have gone through for the past 2 years. The principles have invested very heavily in the business. A report like this causes untold damage, especially when it appears in page 1 of search engines when someone searches for DynaShoppe or Raj B Lonsane or Mindware Software Solutions and especially for our kind of business. And what did Richard have to lose.nothing.

We used to feel sorry for the other victims toowe could understand their trauma when Richard was torturing them so often and with so much aggression. One of the clients mentioned to us yesterday that they feared for their lives because of Richards threats. They have spent sleepless nights wondering what Richard was going to do next and how it would effect their lives and their businesses and their families. 1, RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES

The relationship between COMPANY and REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN is that of vendor and vendee. The parties are independent contractors and neither party is an employee, associate, agent, partner or joint venture of the other and that that this Agreement does not create any joint venture, partnership, agency, or employment relationship between the Parties. This agreement is a commercial agreement between businesses, not a consumer agreement. REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN has no authority, apparent or otherwise, to contract for or on behalf of COMPANY, or in any other way legally bind COMPANY in any fashion, nor shall REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN be authorized to make any representations about COMPANY or its products namely the DynaShoppe, the DynaSEM and the SynchroSoft (hereinafter called PRODUCTS) and its other services other than to set forth COMPANY.'s responsibilities as outlined in this agreement.

Neither Party shall have the authority to legally bind the other Party to any contract, proposal, or commitment or to incur any debt or create any liability on behalf of the other. REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN agrees not to do anything which misrepresents its relationship with the COMPANY.


2.2. REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN agrees to use his best efforts to conduct his business in a manner that is ethical and meets or exceeds the standards in the industry. Further, REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN shall avoid any business practices that may be perceived as deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, insulting or defaming or otherwise improper.

2.2.A REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN agrees to utilize client payments responsibly and avoid practices which may be percieved as fraud, theft or cheating. Violation of this provision will result in the immediate termination of this agreement. REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN agrees that COMPANY is in no way responsible for any such acts caused by REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN.


2.3. REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN agrees that he shall not conduct his business in a manner that would injure the reputation of COMPANY and its PRODUCTS, which reputation the parties agree is excellent.

2.8.A Payment Resolution: If REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN disputes COMPANY's calculation of the REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN's revenue share or any other payment obligation, the REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN must provide the COMPANY with a written statement explaining the basis for its position within sixty (60) days following the date payment was made. REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN agrees to cooperate with COMPANY by providing documents, explanations, and other information as requested by COMPANY in good faith in an attempt to resolve the dispute. If REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN fails to provide notice within sixty (60) days, or if REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN does not cooperate in COMPANY'S investigation of the dispute, REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN forever waives any and all rights to such payments.

REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN agrees to submit to the COMPANY, a copy of all acounting including payments made by clients for the Products and COMPANY's other services without fail on or before the 30th of every month.

8.3.COMPANY may decide to distribute products through a distributor at a future date. REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN can and will be offered the role of the distributor as the first choice, but this will be based on REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMANs sales performance, track record and total compliance of this agreement. COMPANY will determine in its sole discretion whether REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN be appointed as a distributor.


8.4. Effect of Termination on End Users: After expiration or termination of this Agreement, End Users may enter into arrangements directly with COMPANY or another party to receive any services as necessary to continue to use COMPANY's Products and Services, and these End Users will no longer be considered REALTIME LLC/RICHARD H. AKERMAN's customers.


11.3 No Party shall be entitled to commence or maintain any action in a court of law upon any matter in dispute until such matter shall have been submitted to arbitration and determined as provided above, and then only for the enforcement of the arbitral award, except that any party may approach the court for conservancy and provisional easures for injunctive relief.

No Party shall be entitled to publicize or make public announcements in print, electronic or in any other form any matter in dispute until such matter shall have been submitted to arbitration.

Summary of the series of events with this client by the dynashoppe team.

This victim engaged Mindware to build him a flash site. He paid well and always on time. In fact he paid quite a bit of money for the site. Considering this, we also agreed to do a couple of extra modules for him at no cost as a friendly gesture.

UNFORTUNATELY FOR HIM, he had once just mentioned that he would try to get us another contract worth $150,000, because he was very happy and satisfied with what we did for him.

That's it. That was his mistake. Richard Akerman, his own brother in law pounced.

Richards reasoning was that we had built him a $100,000 website and now it was time for him to pay. The original agreement was for $13,000.

His son drives around in fancy cars, said Richard.
He lives in a million dollar home, said Richard.
Then why should we not charge for our work based on his wealth and lifestyle. What we have done for him is worth in excess of $100,000.

And what was the actual value of our work, meaning what we would have charged any other client not more than $18000 + some additional expenses for image and logo design.

The client decided to cancel the contract, forego his money and hired another contractor.

Mindware lied to settle the prior dispute demanding that Richard remove the posting off of RipOffReport -- Raj Lonsane sent an agreement to be executed and stated that 50% was too high a commission for Richard's company because Raj Lonsane's non-existent firm would have new investors who were to pay for advertising. THIS NEVER HAPPENED and no leads were ever created to make sales. Richard was disabled working round the clock to bring huge clients in to the DynaShoppe.

SEO was NEVER delivered to any client and recent purchasers fear for their future after Raj Lonsane lies to them again and again about the SEO software (which will be banned by Google) will be up soon. Raj Lonane sounds like a broken record, tomorrow, tomorrow, and tomorrow. He is a back stabbing liar, a cheater and a thief who robbed his employees, the elderly, borrowed moneys from questionable sources and to this day has never kept his word about anything.

Yes, we laid off 8 employees out of 48 in 3 years...employees who went against the terms of the contract signed by them. This gentleman in particular was not even a regular employee. He was in the probation period. And he went against the terms with his performance and behavior.

Let it be known that we have filed a complaint againt him with the local police station and submitted the necessary documents to them.

Be advised that before you state anything, you will need documents to back it. Just stating that he hadnt been paid is not enough.

And if these statements are true, then why dont they go to the authorities and complain and take action against us. Indian law is very strict in these respects...especially if there are so many of them together.

4 days back, our offices in Gurgaon received a call from a US based law enforcement agency enquiring about Richard and his activities.

I Raj, called Richard and informed him about this as it was in my knowledge that some clients were filing a case against him for defamation and cyber extortion and that he should desist from his unsavoury ways and make peace with the clients.

I told Richard that our attorneys have advised us that in case the call came in again, we should be very transparent, reveal all the facts and not hide anything.

This made Richard furious and as usual he started threatening us like he has been doing for years now with multiple updates to the rip off report claiming that he will completely destroy us if we reveal anything to them. He sent umpteen messages threatening to put another report on ripoffreport.com if we revealed the truth to the authorities.

This time, we decided to record all conversations to explicitly prove many points because we definitely knew that Richard would threaten and blackmail us.

In the next few chapters, you will see how Richard hurls accusations at almost everyone, goes ahead to publicize it, knowing very well that the other party will have to prove that the accusations are wrong. DynaShoppe has an excellent product from what I have seen and used (limited as that is) and from our discussions and experience with Richard I believe it would be safe to say that sales and marketing here in the United States have not gone as you would like them to.

Raj, researching DynaShoppe I ran across Richard's accusations and ranting on "Report a Rip-Off". This is certainly very poor public relations for DynaShoppe and having had personal experience with Richard I certainly consider the source. Unfortunately, new / prospective customers do not have that same experience to draw from.

Raj, I additionally contacted a couple of other merchants that are using DynaShoppe and though the contact was totally unsolicited and there was certainly a degree of caution on their part I explained to them that I was researching their satisfaction with DynaShoppe from the beginning to today. They were surprisingly candid and rated DynaShoppe quite highly and continue to be happy with their sites and their relationship with you and DynaShoppe.

The manner in which you handled the unfortunate situation with Richard and (blocked URL) spoke volumes to me about your personal integrity and the willingness to follow through with a project that, unfortunately, I am sure was not profitable for Dyna Shoppe. Had it been left to Richard, we would have given him (I was quite afraid that was actually going to happen.) additionally money on the promise of performance with no checks and balances on Richard to ensure that would take place.

I was quite emphatic that we cease all communications with Richard, which fortunately we did. That was then and this is now and I do not like to live life in the rear view mirror, but keep my eyes on the road (goals) ahead. So, let's get on to this current project!

Mr. ---- is starting to scare me with his words and his accusational tone, as if this situation is actually my fault. That's hardly the case. I'm troubled by his ability to ignore everything I say with just a few words. His one-line response to one of my recent emails, full of my questions and suggestions for resolution, was "Stop the polemics!" I started laughing out loud! I'm sorry, Raj, but really I can't afford the time to do business with people that don't know how to conduct themselves and in the presence of their own clients.

Apparently, Mr. ---- is only worried about his "commissions" at this time, but this would infer to me that he is simply your company's agent company and one of perhaps many resellers of Dynashoppe platform.

I am writing this e-mail to you because I am totally dissatisfied with the way your company does business. Mr. Richard, your U.S. representative, originally contacted my company, because he felt that he could enhance our website and increase our on-line sales if we used the Dynashoppe technology. The Dynashoppe technology in conjunction with the Appliance Retailer Information Systems (ARIS) database seemed like a good fit for my company. As such, I agreed to pay $15,000 for the DynaShoppe installation and a $3,000 fee to cover the use of Mr. Kane's ARIS database for one year.

To date, in good faith, I have paid upfront, a deposit of $10,000 toward DynaShoppe and $3,000 for the ARIS database. I was promised completion of this project in 15 days.

It is over 7 months since you have received my funds and I still have not received a working, completed product as agreed. You have given me a boilerplate sampling of what Dynashoppe can do for my website. This is certainly not what I paid for. It is simply a sample. Although I contested the $8,000 charge on American Express,(my deposit for the DynaShoppe installation), it was determined that the charge was valid. I have asked American Express to send me written documentation as to "how" they determined the charge to be valid. I am still waiting for their response. I advised Richard that I would continue our relationship but he had to provide me with a working and completed program.

Richard sent me the boilerplate sample and "demanded" that I make another payment of $10,000 to complete the installation. Not only is this more money than the price agreed to within our original agreement, but I refused to give another dollar for something that I paid for almost in full and received nothing for in return. To make things worse, Richard has caused me aggravation by his unprofessional and abusive behavior. He threatened to sue me for "consulting fees" if I did not send him more money.

He is not my consultant. He is a salesman who promised me a viable product which I have still not received. He also threatened to use the internet to slander and blackmail my company. His language is foul and I will not be subjected to his extortion tactics.

4) OR if you dont want to work with me and want to work independently, you can do your sales and I can do mine and we can each take 30% of the sales generated by us.
