Jeffrey Jaworski of Eagle Construction Services (1619 Dyre St. Phila, Pa. 19134) was suppose to complete a remodeling of a bathroom and build me a deck (with trexs material). He was given over $6000 to complete job. He has not come back to complete the jobs and does not returns telephone calls, texts, or email for that matter. I did a search on Jeffrey Jaworski and came across this website with a complaint made against him. Jeffrey Jaworski claims to be the nephew of former Eagle Quaterback, Ron Jaworksi, as described by the person who filed a previous complaint (April, 2011) against him. He is a career criminal and have been arrested in the past for fraud and is currently on probation here in Philadelphia, Pa. His probation officer has been notified and a police report will be filed against him. My advise to the consumers STAY AWAY from this con-artist!

I'm jeffs 11 year old son and I just wanted to say he's Not a bad guy he's done some bad things but he has a good heart ive gone to a lot of his jobs and he never ripped anyone off when I was there I belive he has because my mom told me and if he did rip u off im sorry but u don't wanna ruin his job over this and do u still happen to have his number because I don't live with him and I got a new phone so im trying to contact him thank you for taking your time to read this have a nice day (He isn't a con-artist) btw

mr.angel pineiro(social worker in prison system), gave me a job to do his deck for $7000 during the major part of the job, he changed directions and had us come inside and demolish a bathroom and make a complete new one. cost of bathroom and deck were over $14,000.00 he paid a total of $5,500 and refused to pay any more. yhe bathroom is complete and the deck is 85% complete he owes me money, as well as filing a false insurance claim for exterior damages to his house which he claimed happened during superstorm SANDY!, WHICH HE LIVES 150 MILES AWAY FROM AS WELL AS USING MY MEN WHEN I WAS NOT AROUND TO DO OTHER PROJECTS TO HELP HIM AND NOT PAY FOR THEM!
WHO IS THE CON-ARTIST NOW!!! A COMPLAINT IS BEING FILED WITH HIS SUPERIORS AT PPS( PHILLY PRISON SYSTEM) FOR THE WAY HE ABUSES HIS POSITION WITH INMATES N FORMER INMATES.
HE OWES ME $9,000.00
