I found it completely impossible to cancel this order once the automated system had started. You are talking to a recording machine, which really tries to make you buy something that you do not want. I tried this by saying "cancel order" and still it came today.

This is a real rip-off.

I was billed $60 plus for something that was advertised at approx. $15 plus S & H.

I am so angry that I now have to return this package and wait to have my account credited. Nothing is free with this purchase as you are paying individually for the mop heads to be shipped which in my opinion is their way of making money off you, and of course they all come in the one box. For this money I could buy several good mops in my local store and get better service. This really will put me off completely from ordering anything advertised on TV.
