I have being a customer for earthlink, internet service provider for last 7 years  and pays $ 29.75 each month. When ever trouble shooting is necessary i call earhlink.

yesterday i called earhlink , since my wirless network was not working. They said they need $ 7.00 and refuse to help me, although they have previously helped me without a charge.

I consider this is an Fradulant charge and a bad buisness practice and if this continue i will cancell service will join another provider.
