If you check the circuit court in Daytona Beach, you'll find 19 lawsuits involving Chuck and his company.  The cabinets I received were warped, painted on trim insted of stain and real wood trim, not one size cabinet door or drawer was the same size or square.  I had them redone by a terrific cabinet man.  If you look up con.man you'll also see he got off pretty easy for selling manufacturing and distributing cocaine.  Wonder how many lives he ruined there also.  Be Better if you really checked this guys background and references, he has no good ones in Volusia County and has moved his business 5 times..........You guess why.............I've been in business all my life and have had no complaints against me.  By the way, the day before our court case was to be tried, he filed bankruptcy at 4:45 pm the night before, and he's still in bankruptcy.  Look up the folks he scammed out of lots of money...............Yes, your one of the few very lucky customers, probbly on his attorney's advice to stop scamming people.............

 I just had a kitchen done by Chuck at ECC. I must say the price was the lowest around and the craftsmanship was superb. And as far as him subcontracting things out, that's just business. What you agree to pay is what you agree to pay. If he subs it out I don't understand how that's wrong! Do you think the house you had him put the kitchen in was built by the builder or by a bunch of subcontractors? I assure you it wasn't the builder himself or his company. And for the record I asked around and heard nothing but amazing things about ECC and I'm all the way in Deland. And the stab about going back to prison.. what's that about. Sounds like you ran out of money and got mad. Now your just trying to ruin the name the man has worked 10 years to build. Good luck at life being a miserable person.

East Coast has a sharp attorney, Ronald Nour,Ormond Beach who has succeeded in diverting the truth and facts away from a simple case of fraud and that is Chuck Ogden took my $4,000 cash and subcontracted the work out to Tom Fruda who produced inferior cabinetry and workmanship for the$1500 Chuck Ogden paid him. As far as the case goes, is set for trial on June 10th at 9:00 am.  As far as I'm concerned, Chuck Ogden stole $2500 from me and runs his business without paying any sales tax on contracts and preys on seniors.  It is obvious I need an attorney for the June 10th trial......Maggie Colburn

As stated. East coast countertops never did any work for this lady who continues to LIE. We contracted the work and sub contracted the job to another company. The lies she tells are in her last post against me that she paid me in full the job was for 8k and she only gave me 4. Never was there a stop work order placed on her kitchen, we couldn't move forward due to her breaching the contract. You can't extort money out of someone who signed a contract agreeing to give money when job is half done. On her contract it does not say what kind of wood we were going to use. Never had a time frame To how long it was going to take. Never said what kind of glazing was to be used. 

This lady was dropped by her attorney for lieing in court and now he is sueing her for payment. I had pictures of her kitchen when it was completed and she brought pictures of it incompleated when her attorney seen that she wasn't using the up dated pictures he dropped her. I've been doing business for 9 years now and I don't run into wackos too often but this one is out there. She went to one of my employees house to try and have him turn on me in court. no No coleburn this is all going to catch up with you soon. I will be posting on here all that happens in court. 

Once again. I never ripped her off or did I take anything from this lady. We have a great company and IN GOD WE TRUST.

AS NOTED THAT THIS LADY CONTRACTED ME TO DO A JOB FOR HER AND I DID SUB THE JOB OUT TO ANOTHER COMPANY.WHEN THE JOB DIDNT TURN OUT TO HER SATISIFACTION I THEN SENT MY GUYS OVER THERE TO FIX ANY ISSUES AND AT THE TIME THAT MY GUYS WERE DONE SHE WAS HAPPY.SHE NEVER PAID ME IN FULL THE TOTAL JOB WAS FOR 8000 AND SHE ONLY GAVE ME 4000,

THERE WAS NEVER 2 STOP WORK ORDERS PLACED ON HER JOB.AS THE CONTRACT STATED THAT WHEN WE WERE FINISHED WITH THE CABINETS A 3000 DOLLAR GRANITE CHARGE WAS TO BE PAID SO I COULD ORDER THE MATERIAL AND SHE DIDNT WANT TO PAY IT SO I COULD NO LONGER FINISH HER JOB..HER ATTORNEY DROPPED HER AS A CLIENT DUE TO HER MASS AMMOUNT OF LIES..SHE WAS NEVER TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF NOR RIPPED OFF.
