EASTWOOD INS ripoff-LIED ABOUT MAILING MY OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS AND THE INSURANCE PROVIDER HOUSTON Texas

I bought and paid for an insurance policy from the houston,tx EASTWWOD INSURANCE based office at 10969 NW frwy,Houston,TX 779092 in may of 2004.

I purchased a sr22 as well, which was to be forwarded to the state of California via airborne expess.

I ATTEMPTED several times to mail my purchased documents myself only to consistently be told my both my sales agent and the manager of the location that they would mail it as a courtesy.

The address was illegible and the manager Laura Del Larosa informed me that she would personally call on the next bussiness day to get the corect address.

WELL, weeks and months went by and california never recieved the documents which held up my getting my drivers license and to which I called the manager and was told that my sr22 as well as my state residency form were both mailed airborne and was even given an airborne tracking nbr!

While california could never track it nor find the docs,I was then very rudely told by the agent/rep-Gracie Ortiz, that Laura Del Larosa lied flat out to me that the docs were sent via regular mail because they could not send them to a po box airbourne and that there was no airbourne tracking nbr.

I called back to california and up until today JULY 16,2004 and they still have not received it!!!

I am extremly upset and appaulded that they took my money and lied to me and used very unethical tactics.

I can not recieve my driver's license unless I Purchase another sr22 and have no intention of letting them keep my money!! I am filing complaints with you guys, the BBB AS WELL AS THE STATE BOARD for unethical behavior.

I expect and demand my full payment be reimbursed as I HAVE NO PLANS TO CONTINUE TO USE EASTWOOD AS MY INSURANCE AGENT EVER!!!

I am hoping that this letter will land in the proper hands so that this can be reconciled expeditiously!!!
The insurance company that they supposedly have as my carrier is not even heard of by anyone and therfor I plan to immediately end all relationship with them both!!!
