Eazy Pickn Pawn Kept Personal Items Mesa Arizona

Unfortunately I found myself needing cash to pay rent.
I went to Eazy Pickn Pawn to get a title loan on my van.
The rate is 15.8% per MONTH.

The rate was so high, that I fell behind. My fault.
They took the car, and all my posessions in it. It took a week to set up a time for me to get my stuff. I had to pay $25 to get my stuff back. I set up a day, and we agreed on 1:30 or so. The day before, they called and asked me what I wanted. I told them Everything. The guy tells me there is fecal matter in the car. A COMPLETE LIE.

At 1:00 on the day we said we would go in, I contacted the Mesa police department to help out in case there was a problem.
It took them 90 minutes to come to the gas station and escort me to Eazy Pickn Pawn (They didn't want me to go in myself when I described what happened). We get there at 2:30.

The pawn shop said they thought I would be there at 1:00 - so the brought the stuff back. The police officer asked them if they would bring my stuff to the pawn shop. They said yes, and I gave them the money.

An hour and a half later, we are still waiting at the pawn shop - apparently, there was so much stuff, that it took the guy a while to pack it (but it was there a few hours earlier!?)

We got the stuff.There is still a lot of stuff that they did not return to us: stuff behind seats (in pocket), prescription medicine, cash, and CD's that were in the CD players, jumper cables, tools.

When we have an exact list, we are going to file a theft
report, since they did take our stuff, and did NOT return it to us.

DO NOT EVER GET A TITLE LOAN!!!!
