i made purchases thru ebates .com as i have in the past.

this time a hold was put on my account for money owed to merchants. which i understand to a point.

once merchants were paid my money should have been released.

it is now five days later still no access to my money. I dont owe for purchases.

contacted bank, merchants and ebates still waiting for an answer to my money hostage situation.

help me me release my money.

We recently mailed out over $9 million dollars in Cash Back to our members.  We are sorry to hear about this trouble with this specific payment.  I am sure that you will receive a response to your email to Ebates Customer Care.   We look forward to sending you money.   There are some general reasons why a payment would not be issued, however, I cannot comment specifically regarding your payment since I do not have enough information to identify who you are.  We look forward to resolving all issues that our members may experience.
