Well I have been using ebates.com for about a year and always was paid via paypal. I had been waiting for my most current payment to come due which was for $32.23. I went in todasy to see if it was made and it said I had been paid by fast cash???? I had never heard of fast cash and had no idea what it was. Well after checking i saw for some reason my payment info prefered payout had been switched from paypal to fast cash. i still am not sure what cash back is but I never got paid anything. i checked my paypal account and no payment. I looked in my ebates account and no money says I was paid on the 15th of October by fast cash. I never signed up for whatever fast cash is and It doesnt say anywhere what this fast cash even is all i know is i didnt get paid. no replies and I think this fast cahs has something to do with a credit card company??? Beware as it seems ebates is now lying and stealing money and looks like a lcass action suit should be made as this seems to be happening to alot using ebates and people are not being paid. I am open for a class action suit if any lawyers read this.......I will also post on Bing as its a scam I never got credit for hundreds of dollars in purchases

Ebates Not paying as well

AUTHOR: Brandon - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, February 07, 2019

I have the same issue with Ebates. Ebates states they sent the Payment to my paypal account. But upon checking and confirming with Paypal.

They in fact never sent anything. I am also open to joining a class action suit if one is created.

EBATES IS A SCAM WEBSITE. Dont use! They get you to sign up and then wont honor your purchases. They actually told me I was lying when I told them that I DID use their site when I made my purchases. I have made several big purchases and they refuse to honor them by telling me I didnt use their website to go to the purchase site. Well, I just signed up with ebates a couple of weeks ago and WHY WOULD I EVEN BOTHER TO DO SO if I had no intention of using their site???? Doesnt make any sense. Does it to you? I am going to spread the word to everybody I know DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!!

In Defense of Ebates.com

AUTHOR: Aurora - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, February 19, 2010
I have been using EBates and wanted to express my appreciation of their services. I have never been scammed, ripped off, or anything similar.
If consumers are conscious of their account preferences, there should be no issues. From day one I've chosen to be paid by check, and as promised, the checks came every 3 months with the full amounts. The checks are legitimate - I have cashed them no problem.
On very few occasions has my rebate not been posted to my account; In which case I have contacted customer service with the "Where's by Cash Back?" option, and they have addressed my concerns in a timely and professional manner. I have always been credited with the cash back I earn.
I've included the text from my Cash Back History as evidence of the unique and reputable service that Ebates.com provides. I have saved an additional $21 since my last check was issued, for a cumulative savings of $78.07. I can expect my next check to be issued on May 15, 2010.

Faster payments at Ebates

AUTHOR: Dylan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, October 22, 2009

Ebates now has the ability to pay some members nearly a month early.  A selected group of Ebates members were recently allowed to claim their funds on October 16th instead of waiting until November 15th.  This new feature is called Fast Cash.

In Joe's case, we offered him an extra $1.00 to try the early payment.  He declined.  So he will be paid, as usual, via Paypal on November 15th.  Our payment schedule is published on our website at this location:

http://www.ebates.com/help/topquestions.htm#cashbackpayment

All members who were selected have the option to decline and get paid by check or Paypal on November 15th, instead of using Fast Cash.

Our new Fast Cash feature allows members to transfer their funds directly to their bank account for free using an ACH transfer.  Customers can also request a pre-paid debit card or use the funds to shop immediately at their favorite stores online.

We are sorry for any confusion the new offer created, and we have been in contact with Joe.  We have explained to Joe that his payment will be sent out as scheduled on November 15th.
