I purchased a ladies suit on Ebay from seller Greg Ariola.  It was stuffed into a flat poly bag measuring 10-1/2" by 12-1/2".  The flap was pulled as tight as it could be as the bag was way too small.  The material from the pants was caught in the fastening flap.  The only way to open this package was carefully with scissors.  Because the material was caught in the flap, the scissors cut the material upon opening.  What I found after that was horrendous.  The suit was so badly wrinkled that it would require a professional to make it wearable.  I requested a return.  The seller lied and said it was properly packaged and Ebay sided with them.  Amazing!!!

I escalated it with no recourse, gave the seller negative feedback and disputed the item with my credit card company.  No seller of merchandise should be able to get away with such shoddy packaging.
