Ebay Ebay holds your money for 21 days after you sell an item! Internet

Okay anyone that is or has been a new user of Ebay since Jue oflast year is aware of their new rule. When you sell an item and the person pays through Paypal they hold your funds for 21 days.

They say that you can get it sooner if the person that bought the item gets their item and then leaves you positive feedback.

That means you will have to front the money from your own pocket while the money thehy paid with is being held,and send their item with a tracking number because them recieving it and leaving you positive feedback is not enough, you have to enter the tracking number in.

But if the person leaves you negative feedback they hang on to your money still. You can't go arounfd them either, you can't suggest that the person pay outsideof ebay like with a Money Order because then you'll find ebay lovers that report you and then Ebay cancels all your auctions.

Come on People Let's Get a Class Action Suit on these people. How can thaht be legal that you sell an item the person pays and puts the money in the bank and the bank holds it until you meet their expectations.

It seems like when they verify you and allow you to register after all their questions and getting all your paypal, banking, telephone numbers, an additonal way to pay not including paypal and your bank, that you would have already met their expectations.

I mean they are allowing you to open a sellers account. But no you have to have been a member for 6 months and/or have a 100% feedback score. That is impossible!

People are Jerks and I have personally seen from other sellers things like they refuse the insurance on the item and then claim they didn't get it so then paypal automatically gives them theirmoney back even if you have a tracking number.

Also people send you back things that aren't yours. Also people give you negative feedback without you ever knowing thatthere is a or was a problem. And Ebay won't do anything about that.

They won'tremove it but they will allow you to right a reponse down underneath the negative feedback so that people can see it but it doens't change your score. What a joke! Let's Get Em'!
