EBAY SELLER MEGAN LATHAM EBAY RIPPED ME OFF OVER CLAIM THAT I HAVE PROOF, Internet

Ebay seller protection ripped me off.  I bought this Louis Vuitton Galliera PM from ebay item no. 200469657180 (only avail for 60days for access).  Seller Megan Latham said "no ink, scratches, or pen mark" and feature a photo of the Louis Vuitton shopping bag on her last photo in the listing. I took the pictures of the bag condition (heavily soiled in the bottom of the cell phone pocket and lining, scuff marks) and submited to Ebay for claim for MISSING AND GROSSLY MISREPRESENTING (NOT AS DESCRIBED)  AND WANTED A PARTIAL REFUND $100 for cleaning the bag or ship it back to seller.  And guess what?  Ebay is not there for you BUYER.  THEY ARE THERE FOR THEMSELVES.  THEY SIDED ON THE SELLER'S SIDE.

I argued with them and of course they ignored everything I said and kept saying "after reviewing the case we've made the final decision in seller's favor and NOTHING ELSE WE CAN DO"  How BS is that?  I HAVE PROOF!!!!!!!  and affidavit letter of another witness that stood right there when I open the package and photoing the bag but they still ignored.  I even tried to work with them and asked for at least $50 credit to have the bag clean since SELLER misrepresented the bag and not sending the other shopping bag.  I paid a lot of money for this d**n bag and this is what the kind of service I get from ebay?  I've spent $10,000 in April for buying and nearly $15,000 for selling and this is the kind of service?   How bad is that?  THEY ARE WILLING TO RISK A VALUE CUSTOMER OF THEIRS OVER $50.  HOW SMART IS THAT?  I WONT GIVE UP BECAUSE IT WAS UNJUST AND I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BBB IN CALIFORNIA, TOO.  I'M SURE THEIR EXECUTIVES ARE NOT WARE OF THIS SITUATION.  I GUARANTEE YOU THEY WOULD NOT LET THIS HAPPEN

Not to mention one last thing, 90% of the stuff I bought on ebay WERE FAKE LOUIS VUITTON OR COUNTERFEITING.  THEY MADE ME PAY TO SHIP THE FAKE ITEM BACK INSTEAD OF MAKING THE SELLER TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO SHIP  IT BACK.  HOW STUPID IS THAT?  WHY WOULD IT COST ME MONEY FOR SOMEONE'S MISTAKE OR TRYING TO DEFRAUD ME?  EBAY IS CLEARLY DISTRIBUTING THE COUNTERFEIT DESIGNER ITEMS.  I HAVE PROOF ON ALL OF THE STUFF I BOUGHT ON EBAY WERE FAKE.

"This is an authentic Louis Vuitton Galliera PM handbag. It was purchased in October 2009, and only carried for 6 months!!! It is gently used, but is in great shape. There are no pen marks on the inside and there are no scratches. The only flaw is on the metal plate on the outside it has a few scratches, and to be completely honest if you went and bought this purse brand new yours would scratch too eventually. I tried taking really good pictures to show what great shape this purse is in. I have the gift receipt, and can also print off from the Louis Vuitton website to show it was purchased directly from them online. The dimension are 16.5x11.4x6.7. It hangs great on the shoulder, and the only reason I am selling this is because I could not handle not having a zipper. The inside has a cell phone pocket, and larger pocket. This handbag was purchased brand new for $1280.00 and comes from a smoke free home. If you are truly a Louis lover than you know the longer you have them the better looking they get.
