I am very angry. Why were my items removed on December 6, 2010??
My account was restricted a few months ago because of my seller dash board.
Since the restriction,I've received positive feedback on the few items that I have sold.
Now ebay has restricted my account indefinitely.
Why would ebay allow me to list my items, get bids on these items,
and then cancel my listings within a few days of end of the auction.
This is extremely unfair. If my account was going to be restricted indefinitely
then it should have been done before I listed these items not a few days before the end of the auction.
This is not a good way to do business. I have tried to contact ebay several times regarding this issue.
I wait on the phone for 30-40 minutes only to be transferred to another department
in which I again wait 30-40 minutes. I finally hang up because my time is valuable
and I should not have to wait that long to resolve my issue. I've also tried the online chat.
This is a joke as well. Again, I wait an extremely long time and when the time counts down
to the chat the time automatically starts all over again.
When I have customer service representative in the past
they read from a script approved by ebay which in no way addresses my concerns.
Something needs to be done here. Ebay allows buyers to take advantage of sellers
and then trash their reputation. Ebay favors buyers and throws the sellers under the bus.
Ebay needs to remember, that without sellers there are no buyers.

eBay — Why i bought a stealth ebay from auction essistance

I have been kicked from eBay 1 year ago with no chance of appeal. Amazon has made it where sellers are on the losing end when it comes to disputes and any issues where buyers can take advantage. Countless emails and phone calls were made to eBay to demand on why I had no appeal. I had all evidence that many of the buyers were fraudulent and ripped me off by sending me a different product back in order to prove to eBay their end was fulfilled.
With no success on an appeal, this was the last of it. I had no way of making money since eBay consisted over 50% of total income. They left me no choice, but I had to go rogue and sell again. Whether eBay likes it or not, they created this route for their unjust ways of handling fraud towards sellers. Going stealth from what is listed at Auction Essistance consists of opening another account; however, I have a business and have employees to operate these accounts whether eBay likes it or not.

..it is not like eBay which conducts millions of transactions per day..has one single employee dedicated to proof reading your particular ad...and then determining if your particular item warrants "'removal". This "decision" is generally based on criteria.
Sometimes...a seller can and will submit an ad for an "item" that regardless of feedback...is restricted. Then..eventually when it is noticed that an item posted is 'restricted"..eBay will take measures since of course like ANY business (NOT Charity, but BUSINESS), in an attempt to PROTECT itself from scam and fraud, will enforce a policy put in place to do as such.
If I am off base let me know. I am right here. All I am really asking..is what were the items?
